Life in the Fastlane

No, I’m not talking about my own life or even The Eagles’ classic rock song; I’m referring to what I believe to be one of the best pool products on the market right now. It’s called the Fastlane by Endless Pools and it will change the way you look at pool ownership forever.

Imagine walking into your backyard, stretching out your back and shoulders, diving into your pool, and swimming for a half hour straight in the same direction. No turns, no flipping, no walls, no end in sight. Unless you have recently moved out of Long Island and into a house bordering Lake Superior, you probably can’t take a swim like this in your own backyard. Luckily, Endless Pools has come up with a way to utilize your pool like never before.

The Fastlane is essentially the hydraulic motor that sits in the front of the original Endless Pool, but constructed in a manner that enables it to be mounted directly onto your pool wall. This motor pushes enough water out, at variable speeds that you can control, fast enough that you can swim within the current and stay stationary. It’s a treadmill for swimmers! The best part is that you can get the same great workout that an original Endless Pool can provide for about one-fouth of the price.
